QUALITY CRITERIA

What types of visual imperfections do we accept and reject

The visual appearance is always a question of interest when buying products that have always been used, and our field of business is no exception - actually one of the most common questions that we get is about the visual quality. Here, we try to make our visual criteria more transparent with some examples.

There are a few related topics to keep in mind:

  • All coated materials get damaged if/when hit hard enough, even if it is titanium or sapphire glass.

  • Most of the visual damage on the product is only visible in certain type of lighting - consequently, it is difficult to showcase their proper nature holistically with individual images.

  • Polished and matt coated surfaces are the most prone to have clearly visible visual damage - they are like the white piece of cloth that looks never clean after the first use.

  • All the products that we recondition have been used at maximum for 2 years - most commonly 6 - 12 months.

  • Significant majority of the products we recondition have only minor, unnoticeable signs of past use.
