QUALITY CRITERIA
What types of visual imperfections do we accept and reject
The visual appearance is always a question of interest when buying products that have always been used, and our field of business is no exception - actually one of the most common questions that we get is about the visual quality. Here, we try to make our visual criteria more transparent with some examples.

When discussing the visual quality there are a few important things to take into account
-
All coated surfaces get damaged if/when they are hit hard enough - titanium or sapphile glass is no exception.
-
Most dents, scratches and marks are visible only from certain angle or in a certain lighting conditions - this is why it is difficult to describe the overall visual condition with a single image.
-
Polisted and mass coated surfaces are specifically prone to visual inperfections - similarly to a white piece of clothing which is rarely looking perfectly white after it gets dirty for the first time.
-
All our products have been used previously a maximum of 2 years - most commonly only 3 - 12 months.
-
Most our products look like new and have only very minor, mostly unnoticeable signs of previous use.
