MINT LIMITED WARRANTY

Mint warrants that during the specified Warranty Period Mint will, at its sole discretion, remedy defects in materials or workmanship free of charge either by 1) repairing, or 2) replacing, or 3) refunding, subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty. The Limited Warranty does not affect your legal rights, granted under mandatory national law applicable to the sale of consumer goods.

Please note that all products purchased at Mint Store are pre-owned and previously used unless otherwise specified, and consequently may have minor visual signs of previous use. 

Warranty Period

The Limited Warranty Period starts at the date of receiving the products of the original purchase at Mint online store.

  • The Warranty Period is two (2) years for watches unless otherwise specified.

  • The Warranty Period is one (1) year for accessories including but not limited to heart rate belts, watch straps, chargers, cables and rechargeable batteries.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • minor visual signs of previous use existing in the product at the time of purchase, to the extent that they do significantly differ from the expected visual appearance of the product

  • 1) normal wear and tear such as scratches, abrasions, or alteration of the color and/or material of non-metallic straps, 2) defects caused by rough handling, or 3) defects or damage resulting from use contrary to intended or recommended use, improper care, negligence, and accidents such as dropping or crushing

  • printed materials and packaging

  • defects or alleged defects caused by use with any product, accessory, software and/or service not manufactured or supplied by original manufacturer of the product

  • non-rechargeable batteries

Mint does not warrant that the operation of the Product or accessory will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the Product or accessory will work with any hardware or software provided by a third party.

This Limited Warranty is not enforceable if the product or accessory

  • has been opened beyond intended use,

  • has been repaired using unauthorized spare parts, modified or repaired by unauthorized service center,

  • serial number has been removed, altered or made illegible in any way or

  • has been exposed to chemicals including but not limited to sunscreen and mosquito repellents.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable mandatory laws, this Limited Warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Mint shall not be liable for special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of anticipated benefits, loss of data, loss of use, cost of capital, cost of any substitute equipment or facilities, claims of third parties, damage to property resulting from the purchase or use of the item or arising from breach of the warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict tort, or any legal or equitable theory, even if Mint knew of the likelihood of such damages. Mint shall not be liable for delay in rendering warranty service.

RETURN POLICY

The consumer has a 14-day right to return the products in accordance with European consumer protection law. Please note that we will only process returns and refunds for product(s) bought in this Mint online store.

Cancellation right: If you have bought product(s) for your own private use as a consumer and want to exercise your right to cancel the contract and return the product(s) you may do so by contacting us by our return form or email within 14 days after the date on which you receive the product(s). In case of a contract relating to multiple product(s), your cancellation right will expire within 14 days after the date on which you receive the last product.

In order to use this right and return the product(s), please follow the instructions on below

You may only return product(s) over which you have taken reasonable care and which you have not used in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product(s). You will be liable for any diminished value of the product(s) resulting from your handling of the product(s) other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product(s) you bought.

As soon as we have received your statement to cancel the contract you will receive an email notification from us, after which you will have to return the product(s) to us no later than 14 days from the date of your statement of cancellation.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BEAR THE DIRECT COSTS FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCT(S).

Procedure for return

The product(s) must be returned in their original package with all accessories, documents (e.g. user manuals) and other contents (such as free gifts) that were included in the original delivery. In case a product was purchased as part of a bundle of multiple products, all the products of the bundle must be returned. 

The product(s) should be handled with reasonable care and returned in the condition that they were delivered in. The product(s) should be packed securely and with attention to have necessary order and/or return numbers clearly visible on the outside of the parcel.

The refund for the price that you have paid for the returned product(s) and the initial shipping cost (for the relevant part if there have been multiple products) will be made as soon as the returned parcel has been received and inspected - usually no later than 2 days of receipt. A confirmation email on the refund payment will be sent to you, and the refund payment will be made with the same method of payment as your original payment transaction.

In case you return product(s) (a) that you are not entitled to return, (b) that you have damaged or used in a manner that is beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product(s), or (c) with product(s) missing, or (d) have otherwise failed to take reasonable care when handling and returning product(s), we will reserve the right to either reject the return and decline to refund or to reduce any payment to be refunded to you for the diminished value of the product(s), subject to applicable law.

In case the product(s) that you have received do not correspond to what you have ordered, or if the delivery content is incomplete or damaged during transportation, please contact us without delay by email.
